Fliqit is committed to providing a safe platform for people to make plans, discover experiences, and connect with others. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or any activity that endangers children.

These standards apply to all users, content, plans, messages, and interactions on Fliqit.
01 · ABSOLUTE
Our zero-tolerance policy
Fliqit strictly prohibits any content, behaviour, communication, or activity involving:
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming or attempts to sexually exploit a minor
- Sexualisation of children
- Soliciting, encouraging, facilitating, or arranging sexual activity involving a minor
- Sharing, requesting, creating, uploading, storing, or distributing sexual content involving a minor
- Trafficking, exploitation, or coercion of children
- Using Fliqit to facilitate contact between a child and an adult for sexual exploitation
- Any other behaviour that places a child at risk of sexual abuse or exploitation
Any user found to be engaging in or attempting to facilitate such activity may be permanently removed from Fliqit.
02 · ACCESS
Age requirements
Fliqit is not intended for children. Users must meet the minimum age requirement stated in our Terms of Service and applicable platform requirements to create and maintain an account.
Users must not misrepresent their age or use Fliqit to target, contact, groom, exploit, or endanger minors.
Where we become aware that an account belongs to a person who does not meet Fliqit’s minimum age requirements, we may take appropriate action, including removing or restricting the account.
03 · SPEAK UP
Reporting child safety concerns
Fliqit allows users to report safety concerns within the app. Users can report:
- A user or profile
- Inappropriate messages or communications
- A plan or activity
- Content that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Suspicious or potentially harmful behaviour involving a child
IMPORTANT
Use Fliqit’s in-app reporting tools and select the most appropriate reason. Report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation immediately. Do not share, download, forward, or redistribute suspected illegal child sexual abuse material.
04 · ACTION
How Fliqit responds to reports
When Fliqit receives a report relating to child safety, we may:
- Review the reported account, content, plan, or activity
- Remove or restrict access to content
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts
- Preserve relevant information where appropriate and legally required
- Take additional steps to prevent further abuse or exploitation
- Report confirmed or suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities or reporting bodies where required or appropriate under applicable law
Fliqit may act without prior notice where necessary to protect users, children, or the integrity of an investigation.
05 · CONSEQUENCES
Enforcement
Violations of these Child Safety Standards may result in immediate action, including:
Account action
Feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent termination.
Further steps
Blocking new accounts and referral to authorities where required or appropriate.
We may take action based on reports, internal review, information provided by trusted third parties, or other credible evidence of a violation.
07 · SHARED RESPONSIBILITY
User safety
Fliqit is designed to help people make plans and connect with others while providing safety and privacy controls to help users manage their interactions on the platform.
Users are responsible for using Fliqit safely and for reporting behaviour or content that may place another person, particularly a child, at risk.
IMMEDIATE DANGER
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Updates to these standards
We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time to reflect changes to Fliqit, applicable laws, safety practices, or regulatory requirements. The latest version will always be published on this page.
